There is land for you

In one of my very frequent live streams, I did a poll where I asked my friends and viewers a question. It was important for me to have the answer because I needed to make a clear-cut decision. I have the ministry of sharing knowledge and I have always wanted to write a book as another means to do so. The time was right and I had two options to go with. Which of these books will have the honor of being my first published book?

The options were;

There’s A Land for You.

Or 

The Art of Conception.

“There’s A Land for you” won the poll, and since I was already leaning towards it, that was all the confirmation I needed. 

So, I set out to write this book. 

My knowledge on land, land banking, real estate, real estate investments, and cash flow is one that is vast because it is deeply rooted in hands-on experience. They don’t call me the Cash Flow Queen for nothing.

When I joined the real estate world as a newbie who had seen firsthand the immense possibilities in the sector, I immediately, though subconsciously started to take note of the hurdles that came up, I saw and made mental notes of all the problems that beguiled the sector. As I grew in the sphere, it became a personal mandate to find solutions to these challenges that were not so talked about enough though they were very present. I realized that the major challenge was the fact that a lot of people did not have proper education on land, land banking and how to make the system, through their money, work for them. Of course, you can make money through real estate investments, but without proper knowledge, you can also lose a lot.
